Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If something is out of stock after you paid, we tell you the same day and you choose between waiting or a full refund.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If a box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the photo. Kits are sold as a single item at a single price and their composition is fixed.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products you bought from us. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your state.
We collect what an order needs: name, shipping address, email, phone if you give it, and the payment confirmation token from our processor. We never see or store your full card number.
We use that data to ship your order, handle returns and answer your emails. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. Our shipping carriers and our payment processor get only the fields they need to do their job.
Analytics is aggregate and anonymous. We look at which pages sell and which ones do not. There is no third-party advertising pixel on this site.
Email us and we will export everything we hold on you, or delete it, within thirty days. Order records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes stay for seven years and nothing more.
Your cart lives in your own browser until you check out. Clearing your browser data clears it.
One session cookie for your cart and one for anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent wall, because there is nothing to consent to.
