WORKFRAME is the clearance arm of a workspace wholesaler. We buy Sihoo seating and Desktronic desks by the container, sell most of it on to offices and fit-out companies, and put what is left on this site at a price that moves it.
It does not mean damaged, refurbished, B-grade or ex-display. Every unit on this site is new, sealed in its factory carton, with its serial number intact and its full manufacturer warranty.
It means these are the units that did not go out on a trade order. A hotel fit-out specifies black frames and we are left with the olive green ones. A model gets superseded and we still hold forty of the outgoing version. A run ends and there are eleven tabletops in a size nobody asks for any more. Multiply that across a few years of container buying and you get a warehouse corner full of good product with nowhere to go.
Storage costs money every month. Selling it at a loss on the margin, once, costs less than holding it for another year. That is the entire pricing logic, and it is why a Doro S300 that lists at $629 is $379 here.
We are an authorized wholesale buyer for both brands. Sihoo seating comes through their North American distribution, Desktronic desks come direct from the factory that supplies the European market, with the tabletops cut to US widths. Nothing is gray market, nothing is parallel imported, and nothing is a copy.
Everything sits in one of two warehouses, New Jersey and Nevada, before it goes to you. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, which is why a desk gets to Denver in under two weeks instead of five.
Because we are not a store, we are a stock list. There are six products and seven accessories on this site because that is what we have. When a finish runs out it comes off the page, and we do not reorder it at clearance pricing. If you are looking at something and the colour you want is listed, it exists. If it is not listed, it is gone.
The upside for you is that everything we do carry is worth carrying. The Doro line is what Sihoo builds to go head to head with a $1,500 Herman Miller, and the HomePro is a 352 lb dual-motor frame with real hardwood tops. We did not choose the cheap end of either catalog.
Fixed builds, fixed prices, half the combined clearance total. Picking, packing and supporting four known combinations costs us a fraction of what four hundred possible ones would, and a kit clears four or five pieces of surplus in one order instead of one. That is worth more to us than the margin, so we hand it back. The moment you could swap a piece in or out, the saving would disappear, which is why you cannot.
Room dimensions, height, how many screens, what hurts at the end of the day. Send it over and you get a real recommendation, including "none of ours" if that is the truth.
